At Aura Charge, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests only for products that are defective, damaged upon delivery, or have a genuine manufacturing fault.
All return and refund requests are subject to management review and approval.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a return, replacement, or refund will be approved.
Return Request Timeframe
To be eligible for review, you must contact us within 24 hours (1 day) of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Required Proof
To help us assess your claim, you must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- A clear, uninterrupted video showing the malfunction or defect
- Photos of the product packaging (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
Incomplete or unclear evidence may result in your request being declined.
Inspection & Approval
Once your request is received, our management team will review the evidence provided.
If additional information is required, we may contact you before making a final decision.
Aura Charge reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request based on the findings of our review.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, installed, or shows signs of wear or misuse.
- The product is returned because you changed your mind.
- The product is damaged due to improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- The issue is caused by incompatibility with your device.
- The request is submitted after the 24-hour reporting period without exceptional circumstances.
- The customer cannot provide sufficient evidence of the reported issue.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not automatically issued.
If a return is approved, the outcome may include one of the following, at Aura Charge's discretion:
- Product replacement
- Repair (where applicable)
- Store credit
- Full or partial refund (only in exceptional and valid cases)
Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected, where applicable.
Used Products
For hygiene, quality assurance, and product integrity reasons:
Products that have been used, installed, activated, or show signs of use are generally not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds or returns for used products will only be considered in exceptional cases where a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed and approved by management.
Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include:
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the product
- A clear unboxing or malfunction video (if available)
Failure to report shipping damage within the required timeframe may affect your eligibility for a claim.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, our customer support team will provide return instructions.
Customers must not return products without prior authorization from Aura Charge.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
